We’ve made updates that prioritize pros using the platform for communication from first contact to first conversation with referrals.
As a result, when you call or message a referral on-platform, the referral will automatically move to follow-up and, if you have a CRM set up, be sent there as well.
When communication happens on-platform—whether in the Pro App or Pro Portal—we’re able to support you more effectively.
