Yes, but keep in mind that leads can’t be connected to CRMs immediately. We only receive their details after the first call or text from the Pro Portal. Once that happens, the lead moves to Follow-Up status and is sent to your CRM. You’ll also be able to view their contact information directly in the Pro Portal.
If you’ve already connected with the lead through the portal or app and don’t see them in your CRM, you can use the “Resend to CRM” button within the lead in the portal (see the photo below).
