New Lead
This is the initial status for your newest referrals. Once you reach out to them, they’ll automatically move into Follow-Up status. You can click the View Info button to see their full contact details.
Follow-Up
Referrals will remain in Follow-Up while you’re in touch with them. This status is also used when referrals need to be nurtured.
Buyer
This status is for serious buyers. Use it when a referral has signed a buyer’s agreement with you or is actively searching for properties with you.
Listing
Once a property has been listed, move the referral into this status. You’ll be prompted to enter key listing details.
Pending
Use this status once a deal has a firm close date or is expected to close. You’ll be asked to provide details such as projected closing price, commission rate, and closing date. If anything changes while under contract, be sure to update those details before moving the status to Closed.
Closed
Once the transaction is fully complete, including receipt of commission, update the referral to Closed.
Dead
Use this status if you’re no longer planning to work with the referral—for example, if they’re working with another agent, have incorrect contact information, or have indicated they do not need your services. This should only be used when you do not intend to work with them in the future.
Out of Area
If a referral is outside of your service area, move them to Out of Area and include a note with the location they’re searching in. Then direct the client to resubmit their request through the Ramsey Solutions website for the correct area.
Duplicate
Use this status if you receive the same referral more than once for the same property.
