This article will teach you how to set up a team member properly so that everyone has their own login and RamseyTrusted phone number—no more shared logins, missed messages, or messy threads.
What is the Team Management feature?
This feature inside the RamseyTrusted Pro Portal lets lead pros give their team members their own logins and RamseyTrusted phone numbers.
This keeps communication clear and your team organized.
Why should each team member have their own login?
Every login is tied to a unique RamseyTrusted phone number.
How do I add a new team member?
- From the menu dropdown in the Pro Portal, tap Team Management
- Once you get to the Team Management page, tap Add Team Member
- Enter the team member's info.
- Be sure to check the boxes for the team member's “background check” and the “will display to leads,” so the team member can get their own login and RamseyTrusted phone number.
- Tap Send Invite
- Confirm the team member accepts the invite and finishes the setup.
- If your team member is an iOS user, confirm they have downloaded the Ramsey Trusted for Pros App. Here is the link to download: https://www.ramseysolutions.com/trusted/ramseytrusted-for-pros
- If you have multiple team members, repeat these steps as needed.
After your team has their own login(s) and RamseyTrusted phone number(s), contact your coach or trusted.support@ramseysolutions.com to enable their referral notifications.
What if multiple people use one account?
🚫 Please do not share accounts! 🚫 Sharing logins associated with the same RamseyTrusted phone number causes confusion. Referrals won’t know who they’re talking to, and you won’t know who did what, making it nearly impossible to track success.
