This article will teach you how to set up a team member the right way, so every team member has their own login and RamseyTrusted phone number—no more shared logins, missed messages, or messy threads.
What is the Team Management feature?
It’s a feature inside the RamseyTrusted Pro Portal that lets lead pros give their team members their own logins and RamseyTrusted phone numbers.
This keeps communication clear and your team organized.
Why should each team member have their own login?
Every login is tied to a unique RamseyTrusted phone number.
That means:
- No more chaos
- No missed follow-ups
- No crossed messages
- No “who sent this?” moments.
How do I add a new team member?
- From the menu dropdown in the Pro Portal, tap Team Management
- Once you get to the Team Management page
- Then tap Add Team Member
- Enter the team members info. (Make sure you check the check boxes for the team members' “background check” and the “will display to leads”, so the team member can get their own login and RamseyTrusted phone number.)
- Tap Send Invite (Make sure the team member accepts the invite and finishes the setup.)
- If your team member is a IOS user, make sure they have downloaded the Ramsey Trusted for Pros App. Here is the link to download. https://www.ramseysolutions.com/trusted/ramseytrusted-for-pros
- If you have more than one team member, repeat these steps as many times as you need.
After your team member(s) gets their own login and RamseyTrusted phone number, contact your coach or trusted.support@ramseysolutions.com to enable their referral notifications.
What happens when a team member uses their RamseyTrusted phone number?
They show up as legit. Each number is:
- Clean
- Trusted
- Professional
What if multiple people use one account?
Let’s not. Sharing logins = sharing a RamseyTrusted phone number = serious confusion. Referrals won’t know who they’re talking to. You won’t know who did what. And it’s nearly impossible to track success.
Always make sure you set up every team member in Team Management, so they have their own login and RamseyTrusted phone number.
