- Check with your IT team or email provider to confirm there aren’t any blocking settings in place.
- Ask your IT team or provider to whitelist our email addresses: noreply@smartvestor.com or ramseytrusted@email.ramseysolutions.com to ensure you receive all notifications.
Please note that once a referral submits their information, the lead is immediately added to the Pro Portal. There may be a slight delay in notifications to allow time for the referral to review profiles and complete the onboarding survey. Any additional details you see come from that survey. Notification timing is based on when the text is sent, and referrals are sent to all agents at the same time.
