How to Make Your Referral Payment
- Log in to the Pro Portal.
- Click on the Opportunity you’d like to update.
- Select Update Info, then change the status to Closed.
- Confirm the property address, closing date, and closing price are accurate, and upload your Settlement Statement/Closing Disclosure.
- For Buyer leads: If the statement doesn’t include the Gross Broker Commission, you’ll need to provide an official commission document from your broker, title, or escrow.
- For Seller leads: The settlement statement is sufficient as long as it includes the Gross Broker Commission.
- Be sure to click Save before closing the window.
Once your information is reviewed and verified, you’ll receive an email letting you know your invoice is ready. You can then log back into the Pro Portal, open the Opportunity, and select Pay Invoice.

- Enter your contact information
- Confirm the referral fee amount
- Enter your banking details
- Click Pay Now
Check
- Confirm the referral fee amount
- Download and print your invoice (linked at the top of the page)
- Make the check payable to Ramsey Solutions or The Lampo Group, LLC
- Mail the check and invoice to:

Forward to Third Party
- Confirm the referral fee amount
- Enter the email address of the person handling billing (title company, broker, etc.)
